Troy is truly a rare tradesman genuinely wanting to help customers. He tried so hard to resolve all my garage door problems over the phone with multiple calls/texts and follow ups just to avoid incurring unnecessary charges to the customer. This sort of honesty and customer support is rare to find these days. When this didn't resolve the problem, the call out to the job was prompt. The problem was then quickly diagnosed and resolved, with detailed options given to fix. The pricing was also more than fair, and he tried everything to save the customer money.
